Here you can cancel your contract for a paid plan (§ 312k German Civil Code). No login is required.

Shown in every invoice e-mail from us (e.g. “ABCD1234-0001”) or as the subscription number “sub_…” in your account. With a number we carry out your cancellation immediately; without one it has been received just as validly, and we match it by hand and confirm the date separately.
