Putty Party is offered by the operator named in the imprint to businesses (§ 14 BGB) and to consumers (§ 13 BGB) alike. Monthly plans renew month by month; yearly plans run for an indefinite period and are billed a year in advance, and they can be cancelled at any time — including in the first year. When cancelling, you choose whether the cancellation takes effect immediately or at the end of the paid year. With immediate effect, amounts already paid for the time after the cancellation takes effect are refunded exactly pro rata (for the remaining time, not only for whole months, based on what was actually paid), without undue delay once the cancellation takes effect; with effect at the end of the paid year, everything stays available until then and nothing is refunded. A cancellation that names no date takes effect immediately for a yearly plan and at the end of the current period for a monthly one. You can cancel via the public cancellation button at /kuendigen or from the customer account; a cancellation in text form remains valid alongside. Within fourteen days of the first payment we refund the fee without reasons given. Where billing begins later than the conclusion of the contract — a season subscription ordered outside the season, or a free trial — the window runs from that first payment, and until then the order can be taken back at any time at no cost. For consumers that is the statutory right of withdrawal (see withdrawal), and businesses are granted the same window by contract; consumers' statutory rights for digital products (§§ 327 ff. BGB) remain unaffected. Displayed prices are final prices — no VAT is charged, under § 19 UStG (the German small-business rule). Payments are handled by Stripe and card data never reaches our systems. Uploaded content (photos, logos, site plans) must not infringe third-party rights, and illegal content can be reported via /meldung. Tournaments and results are retained even after a subscription ends. German law applies; towards consumers only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence.
