Putty Party

Report illegal content

This is a courtesy translation; the German page is the operative one.

Under Art. 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act) you can report content you consider illegal. The procedure is free of charge and electronic — an e-mail is enough.

What can be reported

Putty Party stores content its users put there themselves: photos, logos, site plans, and the names and entries on leaderboards. If you consider such content illegal — for example because it infringes your rights or someone else's — you can report it here. If you merely want your own name on a leaderboard corrected or removed (Art. 16, 17 GDPR), an informal e-mail to the same address is enough as well.

What a report must contain

Where it goes

By e-mail to puttyparty@fabraham.dev — the link opens a mail with the subject “Meldung rechtswidriger Inhalte”. Any subject works; what matters are the points above.

What happens next

We confirm receipt, then review the report in a timely, diligent and non-arbitrary manner. A human decides; no automated decision-making is involved. If the content is illegal it is removed or blocked. We inform you of the decision and its reasons, and — where possible — the person who posted the content. Replies are in German or English.
