If you are a consumer (§ 13 BGB), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day the contract is concluded. To exercise it, inform us — Frederic Abraham, Pößnecker Straße 14, 12209 Berlin, Germany, puttyparty@fabraham.dev — by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter or an email). Sending the notice before the period expires is enough to meet the deadline. The German page carries the model withdrawal form.
On withdrawal we refund all payments received from you without undue delay and within fourteen days of receiving your notice, using the same means of payment you used, at no charge to you. If you asked us to begin the service during the withdrawal period, you owe a proportionate amount for what was already provided.
While the period is running, your account has a one-click route: under Subscription, the button “Withdraw and get a refund” declares the withdrawal, ends the subscription at once and triggers the refund in the same step — nobody here has to read an email first.
Go to your subscriptionA statement by email, by post, or using the model form remains open to you and is equally valid. You do not need an account in order to withdraw.
In practice we voluntarily refund in full within the fourteen days and waive the proportionate charge described above. A free trial exists only when you create your venue account, and only once: it needs no payment details, nothing is charged during it, and so there is nothing to refund. A paid plan is charged when you order it — there is no further trial inside the checkout, and no second trial. The one exception is a season subscription taken out outside your season: it starts, and is first charged, on the day your season opens. Even then the fourteen days of money back run from that first payment, and until then you can take the order back at any time at no cost. If you act as a business (§ 14 BGB) the statutory right does not apply, but the refund rule in Terms § 3 is granted to you anyway.
